Excellent
I was preparing a filet mignon for the grill, having finished my shrimp cocktail. A knock at the door with a delivery: something from Bluegrass Butter Brittle. I opened the package and what to my surprise was this delightful looking package of butter brittle. Being able to resist anything but temptation I opened the bag and took a small sample. That led me to my lawn chair to watch the sunset where I finished the entire bag! Well, the steak went back into the refrigerator. I don't want to have any taste in my mouth for the rest of the night. I will dream of butter brittle!
I said it in my review about the almond brittle if there is a six star for excellence, bluegrass, butter, brittle wood have earned it. It’s warm but flavor combined with dark chocolate is amazing. I know this would pair well with wine, but I don’t drink so I tried it with a cup of coffee and it was heaven.It’s difficult not to eat the whole bag in one sitting. I would definitely recommend and buy this again.
