Our Pecan Butter Brittle is a true taste of the Bluegrass — rich, warm, and made the way great things in the South always are: slowly and by hand.

Each small batch begins with our signature butter brittle base, made with extra butter and a touch of honey for a deep caramel flavor and a clean, delicate snap that’s lighter and more refined than traditional toffee. Generous portions of toasted pecans are folded into the brittle, adding the classic Southern character this flavor is known for.

After the brittle is poured, it’s layered with luxurious dark chocolate and finished with a final dusting of finely chopped pecans, and a sprinkling of flaked sea salt, creating a beautiful balance of buttery crunch, smooth chocolate, and toasted nut richness in every piece. Once cooled, each batch is broken by hand into naturally irregular pieces.
